Last weekend, the band led us in beautiful praise music, we shared communion, Pastor Matt told us a fable about the necessity of sabbath rest (one of our everyday missionary practices!), and then we prayed over him as he began his summer sabbatical. Replay worship here.

This weekend, the band will lead us again, we’ll share communion, and I’ll kick off a new three-week sermon series called We Believe… based on the Apostle’s Creed.

Prince of Peace, it is our JOY to live generously with the time, talents, and treasures that God, our Father, generously provides! It’s what we do, it’s who we are, it’s a big part of how we live out our faith in Jesus. There are many ways to do this. I just want to highlight a few: 

Share Food! Sign up to pack meals with the team at Mission Partner Feed My Starving Children on June 27. 

Live generously by loving our neighbors at Lincoln School! Share food through Blessings in a Backpack, share friendship by mentoring a child through Kids Hope USA, and more! Read more here about ways we love Lincoln!

A final way to live generously is by faithfully giving tithes and offerings to support our shared mission! Thank you to everyone who gave an offering in May! We are 42% of the way through the year and have received $589,072 in offerings, which has funded 36% of our annual budget. How can you help us catch up?

1. Start your generosity journey by trusting God with your first gift. Seven new donors have already taken that step in 2026!

2. If you have been giving at the same level for a while, perhaps it's time to grow in your generosity journey and give your offering a raise?

3. Set up recurring offerings before the summer travel season begins so your offerings don't take a vacation, too! Give a one-time or recurring offering here.
